Genetic Variation and Phylogeny of Wabisuke Camellias by Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP) Analysis

چکیده
Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) analysis was conducted on the wabisuke camellia and its relative species. Genetic identified among ‘Uraku’ camellia, offspring ‘Tosa-uraku’ Camellia japonica, whereas two accessions of old showed monomorphism in all fragments. The results suggested that trees are asexually-propagated clonal strains. genetic distance between cultivars Chinese camellias C. sinensis much further than japonica. It has also been can be classified into subgroups, I-1 I-2, Subgroup I-2 originated from while I-1, including (synonym: ‘Tarokaja’), developed by repeated hybridization japonica to interspecific hybrids with camellias, e.g., pitardii var. pitardii, or involvement related species not investigated this study.

Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) analysis of genetic variability in Phalaenopsis
Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers allow a rapid assessment of the level of genetic variation that would be difficult to evaluate using a limited number of morphological markers. AFLP was used to assess the level of genetic variation among 16 different Phalaenopsis species and hybrids. Ten AFLP primer combinations were used for genetic analysis of these Phalaenopsis and 95% o...
متن کاملSaturating rye genetic map with amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) and random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers.
A linkage map of rye, previously developed using DS2 x RXL10 F2 mapping population, was enriched with 179 AFLP and 19 RAPD marker loci. The current map covers 1386 cM and contains 480 markers including 200 RFLPs, 179 AFLPs, 88 RAPDs, 12 protein loci and one dwarfing gene. AFLPs generated by EcoRI/MseI primer combinations were distributed over the entire genome as distinct loci or clusters of 2-...
متن کاملAnalysis of the Genetic Diversity 12 Iranian Damask Rose (Rosa damascena Mill.) Genotypes Using Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism Markers
In this study, the genetic diversity of 12 Iranian Damask rose (Rosa damascena Mill.) genotypes was studied using amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers. Twelve AFLP primer combinations generated 483 polymorphic bands and showed extreme variability and genetic complexity among the studied genotypes. The AFLP analysis revealed a specific amplified fragment for the genotypes collec...

Analysis of genetic diversity in bambara groundnut [Vigna subterranea (L.) Verdc] landraces using amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers
Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) was used to assess genetic diversity among 100 selected bambara groundnut [Vigna subterranea (L.) Verdc] landraces from a diverse geographic area of Tanzania. Eleven informative AFLP primer combinations generated a total of 49 scorable polymorphic amplification fragments across the bambara groundnut accessions. Genetic distances between all accessio...
